🎯 Coach Spotlight: Kieran McCarthy

Kieran believes lasting improvement happens away from the lesson tee. His focus is on building strong fundamentals, understanding what the clubface is doing through impact, and developing a short game that lowers scores. By giving players clear priorities and practical drills to work on between sessions, he helps them make consistent progress—not just during lessons, but every time they practice.

Kieran’s coaching priorities:
✅ Build strong fundamentals
✅ Understand impact
✅ Practice with purpose
✅ Prioritize the short game
