Full recipe below👇

WELSH BEEF RENDANG w/ WELSH LAMB SATAY

Two Welsh meats, one Curry Week feast
Rich and deeply flavoured Welsh Beef rendang with smoky Welsh Lamb satay on the side. A little bit of spice, plenty of flavour and a plate full of quality Welsh meat.

Both Welsh Beef and Welsh Lamb are naturally packed with protein and provide important nutrients such as iron, zinc and vitamin B12.

Behind the food is a farming industry built around generations of knowledge, Welsh landscapes and a strong focus on quality and traceability.

Curry Week sorted!

WELSH LAMB SHANK MASSAMAN
w/ @pgiwelshlamb

Curry Week deserves a proper slow-cooked curry!

These Welsh Lamb shanks are cooked low and slow in a fragrant Massaman curry until the meat is fall-apart tender.

Welsh Lamb is naturally high in protein and provides a range of essential nutrients including vitamin B12, iron and zinc. It also comes from a farming tradition deeply connected to the Welsh landscape, with provenance and quality at its heart.
