Anyone who knows me knows that one of my fav restaurants to go to is @lonestartexasgrill ❤️ I usually get the exact same thing every time (chicken fajitas) but recently I visited and tried out one of their new menu items!

These are the Mexican Beef Tacos- Hard shell tacos wrapped in a fresh-baked tortilla filled with seasoned beef, poblano crema, tomatillo salsa, lettuce, sweet onion & hot sauce and topped with fresh cilantro & jalapeño slices

I quite liked these- the crunch paired with the fresh tortilla, the beef with a little bit of heat from the jalapeño, this menu item is giving my go-to a run for its money!

Also pictured is their delicious (free!) chips and dip, my fave- the queso, and a warm brownie topped with vanilla ice cream 🤤

Thanks @lonestartexasgrill for the invite & happy #tacotuesday everyone! 🌮🌮🌮

So proud to see how far all of our students have come virtually!

In going online and changing the way we teach our classes, there have been some challenges but there has also been as much fun.

Of course we would 💯 prefer teaching them in person, but watching how our students have accepted being online and the challenges that come with it, they still continue to amaze us!

They are smiling & always ready to learn and watching them push themselves to succeed has been amazing to see!

Keep smiling and pushing BW Stars! 🙌

Another successful Dance Showcase! It looked much different this year being virtual, but nevertheless it was just as enjoyable.

A big shout out to all of our students for their outstanding performances! 🙌
You took the energy of the sun 🌞 and shone like the brightest star in the sky. 🌟
