Fast feet start from the ground up. ⚡️🦶

@pgonzales0 putting the PJF Extended-Length Band to work with some dynamic foot and ankle training.

Quick ground contacts, reactive strength, ankle stiffness and the ability to produce force rapidly are all important qualities for explosive athletes.

Adding band resistance to these movements creates another way to challenge the lower leg while maintaining the speed and rhythm of athletic movement.

Strong feet. Springy ankles. Explosive movement. 🔥

Before I go on a birthday diatribe reflecting on my day and year, allow me to show appreciation 🎂. Thank you to my family, friends, and former colleagues for the many calls, texts, and messages to wish me a happy birthday 🎁. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation 💛💜💚. Thank you for thinking of me and making my day over and over again.

Soap Box: What a privilege it is to age. It is a beautiful blessing to be given time. I've committed myself to honor the time God has afforded me none more than in the last year. I've slowed down, I'm more self-aware, I made big decisions, I'm more grounded, I decide more quickly, my No's have increased and are more succinct, I'm less available, I am wildly pursuing my purpose. I embrace my fears, I hear and speak to God more clearly now, I put myself first, I don't look back, and I am loving every minute of it.

Cheers to another year 🎉 🎁 🎂 !!!
