We're still not over last Friday, what a night!

A massive thank you to everyone in attendance, that was definitely one for the memory books.

We're having a short hiatus for the summer, until we return for our second birthday celebrations on the 9th of October.

I wasn’t sure if I should even make a recap post as it’s not really my bag. I wanted to say 2025 has been amazing… but that wouldn’t be the WHOLE truth.

This was my first year really pursuing life as a DJ and at the same time, my first full year working as a qualified doctor. Balancing both has been difficult. Some weeks I felt burnt out. Some weeks I felt unfulfilled, in a struggling NHS. There were moments I even questioned walking away from a career I spent 14 years working towards. Eventually, it reached a point where I made a big decision: to go less than full time, and take back some control.

What I’ve learned this year is that the most important thing is to be my authentic self.
Friends. Family. People. Music. That’s what fuels me.

I’ve realised how deeply I want to grow within music and build communities through it. I also know that medicine still has a place in my life… but on my terms.
The next year will be interesting as I decide what to specialise in, especially with everything happening around the lack of training posts and unemployment (Support BMA. Support the Strikes 🧡)

Nonetheless I’m excited for what’s coming. Hand on heart I know I’m destined for greatness.

Most importantly a massive THANK YOU to everyone who’s been part of my life this year from colleagues, family, chosen family (@letsvibe.01 , @weare_soultherapy , @the_music_suite , @bluesoup_club ), and every single person I’ve connected with or shared a dancefloor with ❤️‍🔥

It’s been a wild and equally fantastic year. A year I’ve grown and found my feet. This is only the beginning.
