🃏 XVIII — REEM THE PHARAOH GOD 🃏

Ahhh… the cards have spoken, darling… and apparently, the Nile has a favorite.

You’ve pulled Reem the Pharaoh God — ruler of swagger, collector of bars, and the waviest soul this side of the pyramids.

They say he walks with the confidence of a king and speaks in rhythms that make the ancestors nod.

Beware… when the Pharaoh grabs the mic, even the dead stop talking to listen.

👑 Swagger. Bars. Legacy.
The Pharaoh has entered the reading.

Crazy how this current single run got me realizing the old bars still hit today exactly like they did when me and the Slimeball Spittaz was tearing the clubs up. Different year, same pressure, same chaos, same feeling when that beat drop and the room go crazy. Some things don’t age… they haunt the speakers. #KurtBoogiemanBrodie #SlimeballSpittaz #SingleRun #StillPressure

Oh yes. The year was 2006. All I wore was my grown man and my K-Swiss with my anchor Blue jeans. I was raised on @e40 @tooshort @officialdrudown @regimegeneral and Seagram.

This time period of life it was @officialandrenickatina @macdreofficial @officialkeakdasneak

Sometimes sitting back and observing what shaped the sound is an amazing experience.

@kidreem__ and I used to sit there burning roach Dutchs writing bars at my apartment. One day I flipped this beat and told him this was our "ain't nothing but a g thang".

We are past a decade in collaborations and I still look forward to working with him everytime. (Even when adulting gets in the way lmao)

Me and Kareem were talking about it the other day and it hit us—this song is over a decade old. We wrote it back then with one clear vision: that Dr. Dre & Snoop “Nuthin’ But a G Thang” kind of energy. Smooth, timeless, coast-riding music that still knocks years later.
Crazy how life moves, but the chemistry stayed the same. This one’s been marinating for real. 🕰️🔥
Some things just age right.
