One of my colleagues sent me this from Bristol, CT, and I had to pause.

To go from treating patients every day… to representing oral health on a national stage with @sensodyneus… God did that. 🤍🪥🦷

I can’t believe I forgot to post the cutest parTEA ever! ☕️💐

Pharrah’s 8th Birthday parTEA was pure magic.

She wanted a tea party where all her friends wore fancy dresses, and they delivered. We made it a Mommy & Me tea, filled with sweet treats, laughter, and special memories.

And the highlight? A special visit from Princess Tiana, who read the girls a story about princess manners and etiquette. The girls were absolutely enchanted.

We will definitely be doing this again. Stay tuned!

Happy 8th birthday to my amazing daughter, Pharrah. Smart, confident, a cheerleader, and a true social butterfly. You bring so much joy, light, and laughter into our lives. Being your mom is one of my greatest pleasures. 🩷🎁🎉🎊

A wickedly good Halloween! 💚🧙🏾💖

We started the day at Pharrah’s school for Trunk or Treat, then ended the night with some neighborhood fun!

Pharrah made the perfect Elphaba and little Miss Gauddous was the sweetest Glinda ✨

We also got to show off the previous pumpkin carving with Daddy 🎃

They’ve really grown up, and my heart can’t take it! 🥹💕

Most dramatic patient ever!!!! 😂

Pharrah has been harassing me for weeks to extract this loose baby tooth. I applied topical gel to her gums prior to extracting the tooth, so I know she wasn't in pain. Just being my usual drama Queen child! 😆

The James Family Easter Slay

Pink perfection, bunny ears, and sweet smiles all around! 🐇😀

We celebrated Resurrection Sunday with love, laughter, and a little extra style. Dinner at Quartino in Grandscape wrapped the day up just right—and yes, the weather understood the assignment.

Pharrah and Gauddous brought the twirls.
Mama brought the glam.
And George? Forever the classic king. 👑

Thanks Betty James for the girls gorgeous Easter dresses and beautiful Easter baskets that you made for them!

Hope your Easter was full of joy, fresh fits, and unforgettable family moments! 🐣🐰✝️

Just a glimpse… imagine 150 beautiful African American families—over 400 people—sailing together on the Disney Magic Cruise to Progreso, Mexico!

The love, joy, and connection were overflowing this past weekend as Jack and Jill of America, North Suburban Dallas Chapter and Houston Chapter teamed up to host an unforgettable Children’s Cluster at Sea!

Our Greater Frisco Chapter @gfrjnj had an amazing time being part of this magical experience. Our 2-5 age kiddos won individual and group in the Oratorical contest! 🎉🩷💙!

The dads had a blast, the moms relaxed, and the children made memories and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Huge thanks to the Sensational South Central Regional Executive Board and all the host chapter moms for your leadership and execution. We truly felt the magic!

But the wonder doesn’t stop here… Keep Believing!🩷💙🪄🧚🏾

Still swooning over Pharrah’s FABULOUS spa party for her 7th birthday! 💖✨ We brought together her friends, classmates, and cheer squad for the ultimate #BlackGirlMagic celebration, and let me tell you—it was a vibe! 💅🏾💄

With less than a week to plan (thanks to a little chaos with family illness), I pulled it off by renting out @sweetandsassyplano for some much-needed pampering, mini-makeovers, and nonstop fun. 💕

A HUGE thank you to my amazing village for making it happen—y’all understood the assignment! 🥰🎉
