Back on point and finishing songs for you. Since our band Stereo Off went on hiatus at height of the pandemic, it's been a personal artistic journey to develop a solo sound for Delorian Tokes, the tools and techniques to make those sounds, and the vocal aesthetics that fit this world i am building. Sharing all that and more with you soon, and for now here's a new instrumental with a classic scene from my favorite Anime, Ghost in the Shell. The forthcoming song has lyrics you wont hear just yet, written between visits to my mother in hospice recently. She loves boats, and the original dialogue is fitting: the water is at once danger and isolation; beauty and catharsis.
Even in the depths, you will find hope.

Happy anniversary @atonalmeditation
I love you forever, in all ways.

Before our wedding (eight years ago today), we each got a tattoo of 1/2 of the Sri Yantra.

The Sri Yantra is a 12,000 year old symbol. Yantras are geometric designs based on the principles of sacred geometry and are used for meditation.

The Sri Yantra (or “holy instrument”) represents the union of Divine Masculine and Feminine. The four upward-pointing triangles represent the masculine embodiment Shiva, while the five downward-pointing triangles symbolize the female embodiment Shakti.

There is no Shiva without Shakti and no Shakti without Shiva, the two are one consciousness and the absolute state of being.
