At 87 👴🏿, I recently completed the @ccc10k 🏃🏾‍♂️, and this video 📹 became a family effort across three generations.

I did the walking, my son @rasheed504 captured the content 📲, and my my grandson @lareezymusic provided the music 🎶.

From 21 to 87, three generations of Black 🖤 men, each pursuing our dreams 🚀 while working together 💪🏿 to create, inspire, and contribute something positive to our families and WORLD 🌍.

Like father, like SON ✊🏿, like grandson. Still jumping life’s BARRICADES 🚧 and continuing our Sacred Journey.

Tks @chadandrewtaylor for filling in. 😁 👑⭐ 🔥⭐

Shout out 🗣️ to my Super Star rapper son @lareezymusic who just announced his lineup spot for the @feliciathegoat festival in London! 🇬🇧

He'll be across the pond at @allpointseastuk in @VictoriaPark on Friday, August 28th, sharing the bill with heavyweights like Tyler, The Creator, Clipse, Vince Staples, Mustard, & more! 🔊

So proud to watch the hard work pay off on a global level. London is about to feel that energy! 🎙️

Watch til end for the message. 1️⃣0️⃣ years ago I taught my then 1️⃣1️⃣ year old son @lareezymusic how to do the "Milly Rock Dance" 🕺🏾 because I knew he'd be a Super Star ⭐ one day. 1️⃣0️⃣ years later he's him his his best friend @shoothisrob in NY 🗽 using the moves 🕺🏾 I taught him & Rob. What a proud parent moment.

Ppl often ask me "what's the secret sauce" 🍜 behind your Super Star ⭐ rapper son @lareezymusic success"? Well, Reezy is allowed to still be a kid 👦🏿. He's loves @toystory 🦖 , & no one is calling him soft because of it. He's able to live a life that allows him to "Be Himself". That's the "Secret Sauce". #MrSuperfantastic #BigSheedMiyagi

Grandpa Nashid vr LaReezy pt 2. For a grandpa 👴🏿 to pull out receipts 🧾 of his grandson at 5 playing MJ at his grandma's 70th B-day is extremely RUDE & disrespectful if you're trying to pursade him to perform at the "Family Reunion" 🤦🏿‍♂️. This is how "Rap Beef" is started. Unfortunately, Grandpa @nashidsalahuddin don't care at all about "Rap Beef". Lol 😁🤣

I tried to explain 🗣️ to my 87 year old dad 👴🏿 @nashidsalahuddin that there's a process to book a Super Star ⭐ Artist like his grandson @lareezymusic. Unfortunately my dad doesn't care 🤷🏿‍♂️. He demanded that Reezy performs at the "Family Reunion". Who's side would you take if you where me? Reezy, or, Grandpa Nashid? 🤔

Five days before my Super Star ⭐ rapper son @lareezymusic 15th B-Day, he stepped into a studio 🎶 for the 1st time. @xxl, @unitedmasters, @justin_credible, @power_106, nor anyone else was checking for him. His freestyle 🎤 flow was trash 🗑️.

At 14 he Reezy didn't have it in him 😔 to pick up after stumbling on his freestyle. What a difference 6 years make. Kid Reezy was focused on what other 🥷🏿 was doing.

21 year old Reezy out here "PROPHESIZING🧘🏿‍♂️" over his music. He's actually more like "Malcom X or MLK. He could not rap ever again, just be a speaker 🗣️ & be equally aa successful. Thankfully he's out here doing GOD'S Work 🙏🏿🤲🏿 .

Shout out @badboy4life68 & @kango_slim_partnersncrime for pouring into Reezy that day. Shout @nat.the.producer for the production 🎵 & shout out to erbody who believed in my son. Every single word of encouragement is appreciated 🙏🏿🤲🏿❤️ .
