Hit the crossbar first or do push-ups! ⚽🥅💪

Just when they thought technical training with Coach @phenixvpaul was wrapping up, there was one final challenge for the boys and their friend Zachary!

Three players. One crossbar. And nobody wanted to be the one doing extra push-ups after practice. 😬

Well, @rastafarirules managed to escape the push-ups and got a front-row seat to watch the other two finish their workout! 😅

A little friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and another training session in the books.

Would YOU take this challenge after a full soccer practice? 🫣⚽🥅👇🏾
