Woke up a bit black and blue this morning after the beating I gave myself last night for not visiting here sooner. Take a bow @raymondsnottingham your vibes are immaculate. Perfect lighting, tables big enough for the food (unlike so many restaurants these days) just yes, all kinds of yes. What we had to eat… Saucisson (gf) Salumi croquettes Fried potatoes, red pepper butter, manchego (v) (gf) Smoked beef sausage, creamed corn, burnt pepper salsa (gf) Grilled mackerel, ‘Nduja, San Marzano All superb. To drink… An absolutely cracking Pinot Noir, ‘Les Colombiers’, Pays d’Oc, Languedoc, France, 2024 (organic) And a couple of glasses of sticky with pud (Basque cheesecake) Moscatel, Naturalmente Dulce, Finca Antigua, La Mancha, Spain, 2024 All hits no fillers. Great food. Great wine. Great company. Great service. Absolutely loved it. Straight in to my top 5 of Nottingham restaurants. It won’t be two years until my next visit thats for sure. If you’ve not been bump it up that to-do-list! @chefrichwhite @marcuslewsley #raymonds #nottingham #restaurant #thegaztronomeapproved

19 years open 🥂 and celebrated the best way we know how: with wine, food and great company! Phil from Hallgarten Wines kicked off the evening with a sparkling from Catalonia before exploring a white, rosé, and red from a Spanish winery we've been stocking for over 10 years - Tandem, of the Navarra region of Spain. We all toasted the end of the evening with a sweet tipple of Muscat from our neighbours in France. All paired with an abundance of decadent canapés and dishes, and finished with a sweet treat created by our Head Chef, Simon. Every course was inspired either by beloved dishes over the years or by celebrating Spanish flavours and ingredients in a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand way, but ultimately to bring people around the table together, family-style! Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate 🍷🎉🥘 IbericoTapas.com #ibericoworldtapas #birthday #winelovers #winevent #nottinghamtapas michelinguide
