Saw quite a few ospreys during our trip to St. Simons Island last week. I’m always stoked to see them since I’m pretty landlocked these days. Back when we lived on the beach in Florida, I saw them almost every day. I even caught this one on video while I was just hanging poolside—watching it dive into the sound, come up with its catch, and devour it in the pines right above me. I really miss those days.

They’re easily my favorite raptor, and I’ve been wanting to tattoo one for a long time. I drew this piece using a few photos from the trip, along with a classic Grimm eagle as inspiration.

Anyways… I’d love to tattoo this design, and I’ve got a little free time in the shop this week.
Full color OR black & grey.
If you’re into it, shoot me a DM and let’s make it happen.

Thanks for lookin’!
