Stop running from what triggers you.
.
That anger, that jealousy — it's data. Your emotional reactions are the most honest map you'll ever get to what you actually want and what you're still avoiding.
.
.
Read it before someone else uses it against you.

We often think of masculine and feminine energy as two opposite forces that need to find each other. But perhaps the deeper journey is about finding both within ourselves.

The masculine may begin in ego, pride, control, rigidity, and the need to prove. The feminine may begin in over-giving, attachment, emotional dependence, and the fear of losing connection. Both are imbalanced in their own ways.

But as awareness grows, something changes. The masculine learns compassion, vulnerability, patience, and love. The feminine learns boundaries, structure, discipline, independence, and self-respect. What once created push and pull slowly becomes an inner conversation between two parts of the self.

And sometimes, they don't meet each other at all. They meet themselves.

The real journey isn't masculine versus feminine. It's learning to hold both. To know when to surrender and when to stand firm. When to nurture and when to create boundaries. When to lead and when to listen. When to love deeply without losing yourself.

From imbalance to awareness.
From toxicity to integration.
From chasing connection to becoming whole.

You don't need to find your other half.
You need to integrate the parts of yourself you've been rejecting.

Balance your masculine.
Balance your feminine.
And become whole.

The puer can remain psychologically tied to the maternal world not necessarily because his mother was “bad,” but because psychologically separation and individuation were incomplete. This is what you have to understand about the mother wound.

The boy may unconsciously remain in a position where someone else (his Wendy) nurtures him rescues him provides for him
organizes life regulates him validates him carries responsibility protects him from consequences

Then adulthood can feel strangely threatening.

Because adulthood says “Nobody is coming to do this for you.” It’s all on you now

A boy who never psychologically separates from the maternal world may struggle to develop his own direction.

And a boy who didn’t have a healthy masculine model may simultaneously lack an embodied template for how to become a man.

psychologically he can still be the boy looking for someone or something to tell him who he is.

“I like to say that my “superpower” is the fact that I lacked resources.
.
Let me explain.
.
Because my father wasn’t around,
.
because my mother was raising 4 kids on her own in the most expensive city in the country,
.
I had no other option but to discover & experiment. 🧪
.
Lacking resources forced me into self-directed experimentation and discovery.
.
This allowed me to tap into this incredibly deep focus that became transcendent experiences at times.
.
Remember, we all have a creative genius within us that is always looking to find ways to be awakened.
.
Because of this I can’t help but commit myself to this journey of truth seeking & self exploration.
.
The approach here is always developing but what doesn’t waver
.
is a posture of great reverence backed by my faith in God,
.
a Jungian perspective of the human psyche,
.
& a lifelong journey of self-taught experiences by going through the wringer.
.
I am forever grateful & indebted to those within my radius to give back & to help others!

Symbolism of swans in film through a Jungian Lens

Carl Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who founded analytical psychology. He split from Sigmund Freud to focus on a deeper view of the psyche. His core ideas include the collective unconscious, universal archetypes, the shadow self, introversion/extroversion, and the lifelong journey of psychological growth called individuation
