Happy National Coming Out Day! Some players at the Nashville National Championships had some sentiments to share for the important day!

What a fun weekend in Nashville! 🏀🎶🤠

Our team, Jealous Much, competed at the Gay Nashville National Championship @ngba05 with a wonderful group of people brought together by similar vibes and shared values of kindness, support, and friendship.

For me, basketball is about much more than winning. It’s about having fun, connecting with people, and enjoying the game. We played with heart, supported each other, and, most importantly, had a great time!

My BF, who came along to cheer us on, and I also visited the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, which gave us a chance to learn more about country music and a side of American culture that, as naturalized Americans, has always felt distant from our own experiences. I’ve always been curious about why country music holds such an important place in American culture, and I finally had the opportunity to understand it a little better. Honestly, at times, it felt like visiting a completely different country! 😂

A big thank you to Tanner @tannercurtis and Adam @ravatoboma for your incredible efforts, leadership, and kindness in bringing this team together and making the experience so special. Guys, playing with you once again was so much fun!! 💜🏀
