I have a few handmade paper pieces in this exhibition, including August’s Blue Moon. 🌙 Out in the Field: The Expanded Plein Air at Ox-Bow is curated by Shannon Stratton and takes place at the Poor Farm @poorfarm_livingintheplay . The exhibition will be on view for an entire year, so there’s plenty of time to make the trip. Definitely worth the visit! Thank you to @s_r_stratton for curating such a beautiful show✨

We’ve realized that posting here without a current show isn’t really our thing. Instead, we are providing an online archive where you can find info about past and future artists, works, and shows at www.bybye.net (link in bio). We recommend the desktop version as it is more fun. For those who asked about downloadable PDFs: They are available in the exhibition section.

A few days ago I finally got an appointment with an ENT doctor and was given a diagnosis I couldn’t help but romanticize just a little bit. Hoping to find you in this ever changing labyrinth - two shows coming up after a summer of spinning, laying low, and learning how to be myself again. ⁣Don’t get lost. ⁣ @bybyepilsen @jona_mikosch @philipp_groth @cacoalition @2s0ft @bawdenka

Situation als Akt offers a reflection on the idea of re-built environments that hold significance in both Japanese and German culture. The concept materializes a collection of pieces crafted from eroded and burned roof trusses sourced from the Gasbon factory. By adopting a site-specific approach, the exhibition encourages us to attend to the particularities of the spaces we inhabit with our bodies. (via con_)
