When Philippa trusted The Bespoke Smile Method, she was after more than new teeth. She wanted the confidence to step forward.

Her upper and lower Feather Veneers with @dr.samjethwa gave her a smile that is balanced, natural and still hers. In her words: “It was still me.”

Last week she launched her first book, Tastes of Love and Light: A Thai Vegan Cookbook, at the Bulthaup showroom in Mayfair. A smile you love will show up in the big moments, and in every moment in between

Congratulations, @philippakingsley

🕊️ "Every Living Soul Longs for Compassion and Inner Peace"
On October 7th, 2026, at Mayfair, London, I had the deep honor of attending the book launch of Tastes of LOVE and LIGHT and experiencing the beautiful soul of Philippa Kingsley—a British woman with a heart profoundly connected to Thailand.
With tears of devotion in her eyes, Philippa shared on stage that she deeply believes she was Thai in her past life. Her profound love for Thai culture and her reverence for the Buddha’s teachings filled her heart with boundless compassion. This realization led her to stop consuming meat—choosing instead to save innocent lives and end the cycle of cruelty. She poured her dream into recreating authentic Thai recipes as vegan creations, allowing love and flavor to walk hand in hand.
A powerful reminder from Philippa resonated deeply within my heart:
"Don't give up. People who succeed in life never stop dreaming, and they pursue it until it is done. No matter how old you are, never let anything become an obstacle."

Her words echoed my memories from the Walk for World Peace, walking alongside our revered spiritual teachers. I vividly recalled wild deer gently stepping toward us, completely free of fear... as if they could feel the pure, peaceful frequency of unconditional love and non-harming surrounding us.
It became crystal clear: It is not only human beings who yearn for inner peace... every living creature on this Earth longs for love, safety, and compassion just as we do. 🕊️
Philippa’s selfless act touched my soul and inspired me to make my own pledge: to begin reducing meat consumption by at least two days a week.
Goodness is like a mirror... When one person radiates a frequency of gentle peace, and another feels that vibration and follows, merit and grace are instantly born into the universe. ✨
This is why the Buddha taught us to hold fast to virtue and compassion. One day, this frequency of love will reach someone’s heart, inspiring them to awaken, to heal, and to show mercy to all living beings. And that is the true purpose of doing good—it begins within ourselves, radiating outward as pure energy to he

This is what you truly call locked-in 🗝️ (Yes, I'm satirizing that tech-bro shit.)
@frankie_j4y's @ideas_fest hasn't even started and already the #IdeasFest spirit is being channelled, by four women who were complete strangers to each other (well, two of them were already friends) but tonight fomented a #MartiniRebellion at @pendleymanorhotel 😂
I arrived in the Oak Room for dinner and ordered a martini.
My martini arrived as glass-half-empty (yes, that's how I perceive it) and minus any form of garnish whatsoever.
I requested olives, and got them. In the meantime, @philippakingsley arrived for dinner, saw my martini from across the dining room and as a fellow martini fan, also ordered one.
A little later @elouisediluce and Lulu Thomas arrived for dinner. Elouise ordered a martini, spotted Philippa as a fellow martini fan and invited her to join them at a table for four.
In the meantime, I had ordered a second martini with the request to 'make it larger'.
When it was delivered, no bigger than before, I was told, 'That's the measure.'
Elouise then came over to me, and said, I noticed you were a fellow martini fan, would you like to join.... to which I said, absolutely!
I joined the other three and we waxed lyrical about the joys of martinis - but then Elouise's glass-half-empty martini was delivered, and she went WTF.
We were told again that that was the measure, so we asked for double martinis, which were not forthcoming.

So Elouise and I decided it was time to take action.

We marched into the Shakespeare Bar, where I was positively ecstatic to see that they had @monkey47 !
I said to the (very nice) bartender from the other side of the bar, "Please can you pass me that bottle of #Monkey47. And a bottle of vermouth. And a clean jigger. And three martini glasses. And a cocktail shaker. And ice. And lemon twists."
He did. I shook up a batch of #Monkey47 martinis the way we like 'em, and Elouise and I transported them back to our table in the Oak Room, where Philippa was delighted, and this commemorative photograph was taken. (And then I told everyone all about @MakeLoveNotPorn ☺️ )

Discovered a new theatre in London namely MARYLEBONE THEATRE at Rudolph Steiner House which is an amazing fluid building on the edge of Regents Park. The play was very strong and so contemporary that it mentioned news from just few days ago… it must be adapted all the time!
Well worth a visit before it closes at the end of NEXT week!
