Collaboration is an opportunity to step outside of our own kitchen, to learn, exchange ideas and return home with a new perspective.

Our time in North Carolina with the Herons team began at @oneoakfarmnc, where conversations around ingredients, growing and seasonality sparked ideas we’ve carried back to Sonoma. That exchange continued in the kitchen, where Chefs @devereauxgreene and Spencer Thomson and their team welcomed us with incredible generosity. From the moment we arrived, it felt easy to step into their space, work alongside one another and create together.

Having our Service Director @avecjaclyn , Beverage Director @jasonchin and @philippeiv from @stoneedgefarmwinery with us extended that collaboration into the dining room, creating an experience that brought every part of the evening together.

We’re grateful for the Southern hospitality, the conversations and relationships built. We return to Enclos inspired by what we experienced and excited to see how those ideas continue to evolve in Sonoma.

A look back at our White Wine Retrospective Tasting at La Maison this past weekend.

It was a pleasure to gather with our Collectors Cellar members and explore the remarkable evolution of Stone Edge Farm Sauvignon Blanc. Guided by Winemaker Alejandro Zimman, we tasted through a curated selection of vintages, discovering how each growing season shapes the wine’s character, complexity, and evolution over time.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with discovery, conversation, and exceptional wine. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and look forward to raising a glass together again soon. Cheers!

An unforgettable evening celebrating craftsmanship, collaboration, and hospitality.

Last night, the teams from Herons, Enclos, and Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyards & Winery came together for a one-night experience celebrating seasonality, thoughtful cooking, and exceptional hospitality. Guests also had the opportunity to enjoy an optional wine pairing featuring Stone Edge Farm wines and Krug Champagne.

A heartfelt thank you to our partners at Krug and Delta Air Lines, and to every chef, service professional, grower, winemaker, and team member whose talent and dedication made the evening possible.

Most of all, thank you to our guests for joining us for such a memorable evening.

Stone Edge Farm doesn’t just make exceptional wine. The McQuowns have built a painstakingly intentional, self-sustaining farm ecosystem fueled by passion and a pursuit of excellence.
That commitment was just recognized on the world stage as the estate’s restaurant, Enclos, earned its third Michelin star only 18 months after opening. That same standard of care is woven into every Stone Edge tasting experience.
Members can taste at the breathtaking 160-acre Silver Cloud Estate, while both members and guests can now experience Stone Edge at La Maison in the heart of Sonoma—a warm, sophisticated setting that brings the Farm’s philosophy to town.
Inspired by an uncompromising Bordeaux style of winemaking, their world-class wines are elegant, age-worthy and farmed on Moon Mountain by the legendary Phil Coturri.

Come for the excellence.
Stay for the passion.
Leave feeling like family.

Final day on the Danube brought us to the beautiful city of Budapest. The perfect way to see this city is from the Danube where you float right through the heart of it. Magically lit up in the evening, a perfect way to end our Three Sticks wine cruise. Thanks to everyone who joined us - it was a blast!
