I can’t remember the last time I taught dance. It’s been 10+ years.

Because of @epicenterartsentertainment I’ve become friends with some dancers through @ahlias7777 and @elmboogie’s classes. And we started a tradition of teaching each other on our birthdays.

This was my birthday class. A track from the @britneyspears archive. A nod to the era when I used to teach.

I’m SO appreciative of @triciaisabela @phillip.sobretodo @megan_loulou @hsushibowl @ktmayo14 @ruta_paulos for putting their full hearts (and bodies) into this class. We were sweating, we were focused, and we were full of donuts 😂 LOVE YOU DANCE FAM ♥️🥹🙌🥰

@hsushibowl @ktmayo14 tag! You’re up! 🎂

The birthday crew 🥹 We became friends in dance class. We started celebrating each other’s birthdays with a group lunch or dinner. Soon a tradition emerged where we teach a class on our birthday.

This is @megan_loulou’s beautiful birthday choreography.♥️ Love you @triciaisabela @phillip.sobretodo @hsushibowl @megan_loulou
