Life lately~
Three countries- our annual trip to the Philippines & Japan and a solo trip to London, three concerts with my wife (not posted), and a whole lot of memories in between. 🫶🏽
Feeling really grateful for this life, the adventures that I get to experience, and the people I get to experience it all with.

RICO Suave (aka @ricosmodern_life) & Killer Gravel King Jace (aka @jace_roams) lead us through the streets of LA for the second dose of the TGIFxKnOG Presents: FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS LA - PART 2! Ripping across Frogtown 🐸 up & over Mt. Washy, shoot our way to Dirty Deb’s, then roaring down Montecito Heights back to Frogtown Brewery for some post ride hangs. It’s the one ride to rule them all (on a very specific Friday from the hours of 6pm-??pm). The route was insane, all those who came out were incredible, and the VIBES were at an all time high!🤙🏾

You sleeping on this ride if you ain’t pulling up. Make sure to keep a lookout for the next event. It’s sure to rip - and who knows, we may get lucky enough to shred it across Hobo Trail (IFFFFFF we’re lucky)! Big THANK YOU again to our ride leaders for putting this route together. Such a blasts! 💥

Some weekends stay with you long after they’re over. And having a feeling this one will be sticking with us for quite a while. 🖤

A road ride. A gravel ride. A run. All in one weekend. Who’s doing that here in LA?

Watching so many people come together from all corners of LA to ride, to run, to connect, this was a beautiful reminder that community is something you build together.

The new friendships, and the feeling that, for a moment, we were all exactly where we were meant to be. ✨

None of this would’ve been possible without @theheavypedal and @brutal_dilan for believing in their vision by making it into a reality. And to everyone behind the scenes, especially our incredible vendors, thank you for pouring your time and energy into making this weekend feel so special.

Watch me get 12 Charley horses at my first LA invitational, hosted by @itsnotabikeshop and had me questioning my life choices on the mountain. 54 miles starting from home, and 5,420ft of climbing. Things I learned, dont ride from home to the ride, don’t drink the night before (props to those who can), make the sandwich you said you wanted to, don’t hit the lap pool the day before and EAT BANANAS BEFORE YOU DO BIG RIDES. And shoutout to @aliciadlopez for holding it down in that last stretch while we were gaslighting ourselves that we were “almost there”. But 10/10 would do it again with the homies. #cycling #lasucksforcycling #cervelo #gravelbike
