One of my favorite things about juggling is the endless exploration and variation - putting one shape, pattern, or “trick” next to another and seeing how they merge into a sequence, potentially a coherent whole.

This is an exploration of more drippy throws and a foot catch with my often more “snappy” behind the neck throws and turns. I often leave the behind the neck throws out of my slower or more contemplative performances, but am searching for ways that they can find their place there as well.

Do you have another names for these ?

Thanks to everyone for watching and sharing my videos. I’m so lucky to get to do what I love on a regular basis and it feels great to see juggling get such a big response.

Absolutely loving this open fabric sequence from @lissa181 sling class at @philly_circus ! 😍✨ Loved it so much, I had to give it a go on BOTH sides! 🤩Nothing like finding a sequence that makes you want to keep playing with it. Thank you for a great class, Melissa! 🥰💖🫂

Wednesday night sling at @philly_circus ✨

Learning this cool thigh-hitch sequence from @lissa181 and, of course, I had to do it on BOTH sides because that thigh-hitch is very… squeezy on them thighs. 😂🥴 Gotta keep things balanced! 💪🏼🤣

Thank you for class Melissa 🥰💖🫂

Spinning the fan WITH fire was a very different mental experience than spinning without fire. So here is a video of me dropping the fire fan, forgetting everything except for a big giant figure 8, and realizing I didn’t wet my eyebrows. (They’re fine). Do I need to buy another apparatus so I can practice spinning at home? Should I invest in yet another hobby? 🔥
