💕💕💕I got hiking boots, 🤩🤩 I would eventually love to go on long hikes on mountains and stuff... I did not think I enjoyed that kind of thing. My goal is to break these babies in and get used to them. Then hopefully soon you will see me 🧗‍♀️. I can feel myself gaining back control over my whole-self and it feels great! #walkon #hikersofinstagram #getfit #juststart #sweatitout #fitnessmotivation #fitnessjourney #fitness #weightlossjourney

So on September 6th 2020 I decided to take charge of my fitness 😰😰 my health (mental, physical, spiritual). All these parts of my life were limping and I just had to do something. My heart was beating through my ears since august (sign of high blood pressure/tinnitus) I was having anxiety attacks from nowhere... not sleeping and just generally always afraid. If theres one thing I know I enjoy, is being in control ...(of my self people 🙄🙄🙄) hahaha so on this day. I started.... That's all I needed... to start. I will show you and share with you my ups and down. This is a personal journal but hopefully I encourage someone to just start #getit #fitness #fitmom #blackfitness #juststart #icandothis #mindovermatter #winner #fitness #fitnessjourney
