I can't begin to describe how proud I am of the Vertical Vixen Pole athletes that took part in APAC on Saturday evening.

Congratulations to Alicia & Candice in Pole Classique division of APAC 2022

Alicia - 1st Place in Pole Classique Intermediate

I have literally seen you start as a beginner climbing the pole and look at how you have grown, a podium finish! A true representation of your dedication over the last year, not just to this routine, but to the time and effort you put into your body, your mind and your pole work. 🤩
Your mermaid theme was mesmerizing - You have such an incredibly creative mind, its been an honour to see you and the performance evolve. Thank you for sharing your journey with me, allowing me to guide and coach you when you needed it, and to catch your butt when necessary 😉 . Well done for making the changes you needed to find "yourself" in the piece and for owning every freaking minute of it.

Candice ‐ 2nd Place in Pole Classique Intermediate

Holy smokes woman, you just ooze sensuality out of your every pore. Thank you for allowing me to choreograph for you, with your powerful intriguing concept and then seeing my vision for it, for taking it all on and doing all the challenging hard work. You did it! And with an incredible amount of grace! 🧡
The first time I saw you run this routine in studio, you had me hooked, drawn in and hypnotized and you did that again and again! You were gorgeous and captivating on Saturday night and received a well deserved podium place! I can't wait to see what you do from here!

I can't begin to describe how proud I am of the Vertical Vixen Pole athletes that took part in APAC on Saturday evening.

I always say that the competition night is just the cherry on top. It is a representation of all the hard work we put in day by day, week by week. Not everything goes to plan on competition night (whether it be the poles, nerves, sweaty hands etc) but the overall pole training, the strength building, cardio endurance and more importantly, the personal growth that we experience is huge! That doesn't disappear.

The girls worked so incredibly hard for the last few months. The time flew by faster than we anticipated that's for sure but we did the thing! #proudpolemama
