When I’m 90 I think I’ll go here in my dreams with my two little ones feet running, belly laughing, and twinkle in their eyes as we race off to the next magical destination….

Update we went on our first family vacation a few weeks ago and I’m still in the Disney blues. Im not ashamed to admit it I’m a Disney adult.

They said “don’t take toddlers to Disney they won’t remember it” but man oh man will I.

If you’ve been here for awhile you may remember us THREE YEARS AGO after Brady was born… mentioning to Brandon if we could go.. we saved and saved and when I was pregnant with Blair… “Bran we should go it’s time” just wasn’t the right time (let’s be honest it never is)…. Brady’s third birthday “bran let’s goooooo”
It may have taken some time for us to get here but I know it won’t be the last. I fear a “ Disney budget” has been created.

They also say “you never take the same kid twice” which breaks my heart but also makes me so excited for the next one.

If you’ve been debating it. Do it. They’re not too young, there will never be a perfect time, you can always make more money.

Honestly if it was up to me and we didn’t go to @disneyparks we would have not found out but we figured how often do you get a chance to do a baby reveal at Disneyland so why not! Truly so special and we can’t wait! I’ll post the announcement soon just wanted to hear final guesses!

We like to call @phit_brandon BRAN DAN THE MAN. For good reasons.

I’m a few days behind our 9 year anniversary was October 7th but we took some time from social media so playing catch up and want a permanent spot here on the feed for the most important person in my life.

We met at just 16 years old and even then got the “you don’t know what love is yet”
16 years later, 9 years married I think we got it figured out (not that we’re perfect by any means)
But thank you to THE MAN who has always been my rock, who made me a mama and who’s always been by my side.

I’m so so blessed we get to do this thing called life together and making even the simple mundane special! Love you with all my heart and who would have thought just two young kids would be here!

Happy 9 year anniversary (late😜)

When your circle is strong so are you. When you want to raise your standards join the community where the standards are the norm.

We had our annual Built wellness take over where our team traveled, flew, drove and showed up across the country to join!

Still feeling so grateful for this day.
Thank you to every single person who showed up, worked hard, laughed, encouraged someone next to them, and made this event so special.

I started this group 6 years ago, working 4 jobs and one of those being folding plastic…with just a thought and a dream and a goal and yet this still surpasses it.

What started as a workout online in a facebook group turned into something so much bigger a room full of people choosing to show up for themselves, push a little harder, and support one another along the way.

These are the moments that remind me why I started Built Wellness in the first place. It was never just about workouts or nutrition. It’s about creating a community where you feel supported, motivated, and reminded that you don’t have to do this alone.

I’m so thankful for every person who continues to trust me, support this business, show up to these events, and be part of what we’re building.

Here’s to getting stronger, taking up space, chasing big goals, and doing it together.

Everyone was saying don’t have a third…

“You’ll be outnumbered”
“how would you do it in this economy”
“you have one of each why mess that up”
“3 under 4 ooofff that’s rough”

Yup… it will be tough, yupppp we’ll have our hands full, yuppp
And… we couldn’t be more excited!!! At this point I’ve heard just about every “just wait”

And as a mom to soon to be 3… if I were talking to a mom of soon to be one here’s what I would say.

Just wait till the worlds quite and it’s just you and them rocking in that rocking chair..
Just wait till you see their smile for the first time when you make them laugh
Just wait till they look at you and say “mama you’re my best friend”
Just wait till they’re at their first little “practice” and they stop everything to wave at you.
Just wait till they take that first step towards YOU because you’re their safe space.
Just wait till you fight off their monsters and become the superhero.
Just wait until they wrap their hand around your finger and won’t let go.
Just wait till they can’t fall asleep without you being there..
Just wait because sure it’s going to be crazy and chaotic and loud and sleepless but man do we love it

So if you’re a soon to be mama out there just wait 😜🫶🏻

Every single month!!!! Open to all!!! And each month is a new fun activity! Walks, rucks, hikes and workouts!
Community is a HUGE part of what we’re building here.
Because yes, we’re here to get stronger, feel better, build confidence, and reach our goals…
But doing it alongside people who GET IT? That changes everything.
Every month, our Built Wellness community gets the chance to come together IN PERSON for one of our monthly meet-ups! 🥹🙌🏼
Workouts, walks, events, new experiences, conversations, laughs, accountability… and most importantly, REAL connection outside of a screen.
You don’t have to already be “fit.”
You don’t have to know anyone.
You don’t have to come with a friend.

Before I say anything else I want to give a huge thank you to Brandon and Breanna at @phitgymloveland for allowing me to do what I love at their gym. I’m grateful, blessed and so excited to help the community here in CO.
And so incredibly excited to work with PHIT.
Like I said in my video I have lupus, and although it can be debilitating…. I didn’t allow my illness to define or control me. And yes, I have bad days, and I sure do take days off. But there are so many beautiful things the right diet, routine and fitness can help you in your day to day life. I am so passionate about fitness and I cannot wait to meet you.

And soon there will be 5 🫶🏻 we’ve been keeping a little secret and we are over the moon excited!!!

I’ve shared that this year has been filled with so much hard for us…. one of the absolute hardest actually but we have also been so blessed with this news and can’t wait for baby Gachne #3 to arrive this January.

Not only is Brady another big brother but Blair will also get to share her love of babies and be a big sister we truly can’t wait!!

Thank you to all who has supported us, and stood by us without even knowing the full stories of everything that’s been going on! The support never went unnoticed.

This is freaking hard to say. And a post I’d never thought about especially so soon.

If you knew me or Brandon you knew Luna.
She came with us every morning to our gym.
Traveled with us on trips, went with me to work.
She never left our sides.
She was our first baby who came with us into our first ever home and made if feel just that.

She was the “dog we found on Craigslist” and the most unlikely of times and helped us grow into the people we are today.

She welcomed home our other three babies with open arms and the look of “really mom another one”

And yet her time came way too soon.
We said goodbye to Luna this weekend. And truly.
Home doesn’t feel like home.
And our hearts will never be the same.

Luna just know you are so loved and because of you our hearts were filled with so many core memories.
