✨ Fried calamari ❤️⠀
⠀
And this was supposed to be just a snack haha! ALL GLUTEN-FREE!!! I never get to have Asian food so this was delicious!⠀

What do all of the foods in these photos have in common?
✨They’re gluten free (duh).
✨They’re delicious.
✨They’re part of the Gluten Free Garage shop that I’m curating over at @mimiandryproduce_ with some of our fave GFG vendors!
•
Mimi & Ry Produce is a Toronto flower shop that has pivoted during the COVID-19 pandemic and is now an online grocery shop offering the finest local produce and products! You can order any of these items to be delivered to your house (if you live in the delivery zone) or for curbside pickup.
•
Freshly baked GF goods are available on Fridays; make sure to order them online by Wednesday at 4 pm. Frozen GF products, premium pantry items and provisions, fresh seasonal produce, dairy, eggs, meat—and flowers—are available any day of the week for same day delivery or pickup. And look at how beautifully packaged it comes! The link to the shop is in our bio. We’ll be adding more gluten-free goods and doing a giveaway soon! 🌺🌸🌼

As summer rolls in, we are shifting into a “List of Things We Always Need” at the #beetoncupboard food bank, rather than a weekly list. As always, we welcome your inquiries should you have items not on the list that you’d like to donate. Donation Drop Off: Wednesday and Sunday mornings 9-12 every week, at our Wychwood ave entrance (glass doors). A donation bin is available outside the doors for contact-free donation. As always, a big thank you to our community for supporting the food bank during this challenging time. 🙏 please share!

Your continued support means a lot to our team and to those receiving hot, restaurant-quality meals. Yum! Words cannot explain how HAPPY I am. 😀 @rizstclair (#rizonyonge location) has once again nourished my #chinesefood cravings! Prior to being diagnosed with #celiacdisease I ate in Toronto’s Chinatown regularly with my dad! It was something special we’d do together. ❤️ This is something I have truly missed. Driving the hour into #toronto is worth it for these #glutenfree dishes! Today I ordered: #beefandbroccoli , #mangochicken , shrimp #hargow , #singaporevermicelli and Yonge #friedrice (my favourite!). 👉🏼Have you been? What are your favourite things to order? 💁🏼‍♀️#celiacsafe 👍🏼#celiaceats #glutenfri #glutenfree #glutenfreeontario #worththedrive #pickup #illbeback #supportsmallbusiness
