Beatmatch b2b @pyotor__ ⭐️

On Beatmatch’s Reading Week Special, host, Phoebe, is joined by Absolutely Nothing’s PYOTOR. Pedro had the station studio sweating with an hour of bouncy baselines and pop lyric samples. Phoebe’s little FLX-4s have never had this much of a workout.

He featured some of his own unreleased tracks as well as music from @tiggsuniverse and Phoebe mixed in the debut track from @buckfastbarbie ! The three of them are all on the lineup of absolutely nothing’s Halloween Party so make sure you grab a ticket from RA and listen back on soundcloud to get a taste of whats to come on Saturday!

For our second hour, another mastermind behind Absolutely Nothing, @ichbinmupi , joined us via call all the way from their hometown in Huelva, Spain. Mupi, PYOTOR and Phoebe discussed their inspirations, music journey and everything they’ve been up to before their next event on Halloween!

The full broadcast can be streamed on soundcloud via the link in bio!

Meet your host! 📻

@phoebe.roper 💁‍♀️

Phoebe is a third year BA Film student at Edinburgh Napier University. She learned to DJ in first year student accommodation and joined the NUTS (@nuts.events ) society. She is thrilled to bring the sounds of EDM to ENRG radio as university was a catalyst to her passion for dance music!

She has played beloved institutions such as Sneaky Pete’s and Cabaret Voltaire, supporting the likes of Dennis Sulta, Ned Bennet and NewTone.

Trust she will bring some of Edinburgh’s best selectors to Beatmatch this semester! ⭐️
