Been feeling kinda emo about getting older and the life and friendship changes that come with, but I’ve also really been feeling finally settled in my life and I think that’s the coolest thing

Reminiscing on our time @moulinbelleperigord working on our next full-length work, a take on the classic Four Seasons, set to Vivaldi’s homonymous concerto ✨ We were so inspired by the beauty of Mareuil en Périgord and are extraordinarily grateful to have had the time and space to slow down and focus on our creative process.

To support bringing this piece to life in NYC, click the link in our bio to donate and stay on the lookout for pop-up classes and events!🩰

Imma keep this one short-ish since I gushed on my story the weekend of, but OMG THIS ONE IS SO OVERDUE!!!

As I was finishing a tech shift one night, two friends DM’d me an ISO for a lighting designer - what came was me immediately diving into a tech week filled with a ton of insanely-good stress, the gayest room I’d ever been in, and a TALENTED company doing their big one on stage and behind the scenes. And it was one of the most fun projects I’ve had the pleasure of working on to date.

I programmed this show in 3 or 4 days, maybe 20ish hours total, and I finished right at the buzzer when doors opened for opening night. That day was so crazy, I kinda didn’t believe it happened. But the next day I got to relax and just run the show - I was having the best time doing just that, and when it ended I was filled with pride. I’d just pulled off my best work in an insane amount of time. And it was fab.

Thanks to the whole team on this one for making it possible to have fun and make new friends while having my head buried behind several screens. You all are superstars!!! (and will be mentioned on the part 2 coming soon since I couldn’t do just 20 pics, lol)
