Yes, I have my rainbow baby in my arms. And I'm grieving the baby I carry in my heart 🩷

At Tommy's, we want as many families as possible to bring their rainbow babies home. Through our lifesaving research and care, we're helping thousands of families a year find the answers they need to have a safe pregnancy and birth.

But we know having a rainbow baby doesn't erase the grief that came before, or mean parents forget the babies they lost.

We want to acknowledge bringing home a rainbow baby isn't the end of the story for grieving parents. The grief of baby loss is lifelong, and one baby doesn't and can't replace another.

To anyone struggling in pregnancy after loss, we see you and we're here for you 🫂

We also know sadly not everyone in our community will get to bring their baby home. That's why we're here to support everyone affected by the heartbreak of baby loss. If you need support, please join our private Facebook groups or reach out to our midwives at midwife@tommys.org ✉️
