I really don’t know how to put the last 2 and a half years into words.

What started as just a job became such a big part of my life.

Some of my favourite memories in Australia happened here. The people, the laughs, the coffees, the chaos, the celebrations, the random moments that didn’t seem important at the time but somehow ended up meaning everything.

It’s strange walking away from a place you’ve been going to week after week for so long. A place that became familiar, comfortable and full of memories.

I’m so grateful for the people I met along the way.

This chapter is over, but I’ll carry a piece of it with me forever.

End of an Era for Vic Park!!!

Spending the last 4 years working at Vic Park has been one of the best experiences with many ups and downs along the way. To have been able to make so many lifelong friends and memories that will genuinely be remembered forever I will always be grateful for. The experience is definitely once in a lifetime creating me into the person I am today, going from my apron, to my green shirt, and finally my uniform I left in. The lessons, friendships, experiences, side quests, laughs, and cries will always be something special I hold close to my heart. Victoria Park will forever be missed and I am so grateful to have been a part of the team and spending the last few moments together before the closure. Thank you for the best journey I could have ever asked for!!!

Dear Dad,

Thank you for all the adventures, from hours in the pool, long bush walks and fishing trips. Teaching me the “right” way to water and nurture a garden, how to ride my bike, helping me draw pictures, and for cooking the best roast meals.

I’ll miss your care free spirit and your stories. One of my earliest memories is sitting out on the deck with you and watching the stars and listening to your stories, now I get to look up and tell you mine.
