The world slowed to a honeyed glow,
love bloomed in whispers, soft and slow,
a simple place, yet heaven near,
a golden vow, forever here.

Storytelling sessions mean the world to me. There’s just something that happens when you can be fully present with people you love, and the images captured are beyond what any posed session can offer. I can’t explain how much these make my heart burst, especially being a mom and knowing how fast these babies grow and moments pass. This session is a definite two parter so buckle up. 🥹♥️

These wildflowers on the side of the road in MI are giving me life as of late. Such a magical little vibe.

New @phoenixrestaurant opened up in North York and offers some delicious Hong Kong style food along with yummy dessert. They have locations in Markham and Scarborough as well. Great place to dine with the family as they also have a kids menu. The new location is especially spacious and service is excellent.

Why chiropractic for kids? Their bodies are growing + changing quickly! Children are always playing and discovering new things, they are usually more susceptive to trauma. A fall here and bump there can throw the spine’s alignment off. Visiting a skilled chiropractor is part of a healthy lifestyle which promotes regular development and wellbeing!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are so many benefits of chiropractic for kids:
✔️Helps Prevent Bed Wetting
✔️Aids Digestion
✔️Prevents Headaches
✔️Helps Focus
✔️Better Sleep
✔️Healthier Immune System
✔️Helps with Delays in Walking and Crawling
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our goal at 100% is to get you + your family moving and functioning at your highest level, and keep you there!
