Grand Nationals X ✅

What a weekend. Off track and on track the vibes and atmosphere were incredible. First and foremost thank you @cognaccadillac who was my mechanic, mentor, hauler, and of course karting uncle all at once this weekend. Thank you for all you do for me, all the opportunities you provide and doors you open.

Additionally thank you’s go out to @stehlemotorsports for welcoming me into the tent, and making my experience that much better. @s_y_n_racing for the top power. @henry_wheeler_racing for working with me in the warmups helping me click together the driving aspect. Dale and @iaquinny for working with me on video & data, and @m.stehle for running this unit of success.

Thursday & Friday I wasn’t super comfortable on the track, the aggressive environment and nature of how you drive in such a large pack made it difficult for me to focus on driving and learning how to drive the track, which snowballed and manifested in a 39th in happy hour and 42/54 in Qualifying. Nevertheless had 3 heats to recover. The first heat I was involved in a first lap incident where a cone got stuck under my kart and I had to stop to remove it. I eventually recovered to 41st.

Saturday started out great in warmup going out with Henry, @alexzzzakusilo and @owenmahle really made it all click for me with the driving, at one point all of us were in the top 10 before passing on the fast lap led me to finish 18th. Heat 2 brought more of letting myself get bullied, being pushed off track twice and being too nice, resulting in me going backwards and finish 47th. Heat 3, turn 2 lap 1 I was spun round and in the barriers, eventually I recovered to 44th.

I showed up Sunday determined to gain as many places as I could. The final I started P47 with nothing to lose, after a red flag and a long race I ended in 27th, capping off a successful first outing at the grands.

Again massive thank you’s to everyone, both at the track and supporting me at home, you guys all mean the world to me and this wouldn’t be possible without everyone in my circle.

Got a few more club races to close out the year, but i’m excited for what next year has in store 👀

Grands X

Well yet again put myself at the front this year. Have had one of the best karts on track for a few years running but just never seem to catch a break being taken out in both finals this year. Won the out of the box with a perfect run and motor build thanks to Marc Payton and Nick. Would’ve liked to win the real final at grands at least once but this year wasn’t the time.

CKC Rounds 7&8 in the books, this weekend served as a test for a new platform and proving concept for the future, safe to say it worked out.

The @cognaccadillac spec’d Birel was bad fast all weekend, thank you for providing these opportunities to me and putting your trust in me.

Proud of all the @phoenixracingteam collectively the team had a great weekend!! Bringing home hardware in every class we entered.

We’ll continue to push, next up for me is CKNA Grand Nationals X.

🥈 CKNA NJMP 🥉

Solid weekend, sealing up P2 in the championship, my most competitive and highest finishing championship season yet of CKNA, taking home at least 1 trophy every weekend was a milestone achievement for me, especially with heavy’s recent appreciation and increasing entry counts.

Spent a good part of the weekend struggling to fine tune the kart, combine that with some driving errors and another untimely penalty and the best I could walk away with was a P3 and a P2 on the weekend.

Still pleased with maximizing the weekend as the championship was all but entirely out of my reach coming in to the weekend (@bradyatwood6 was impervious this season), I am happy with the results.

Special shoutout as well to @chloe81.29 for staying committed and determined this weekend, finding speed and putting a committed pass on me on the final lap, unfortunate to have it taken away, but you did phenomenal.

Thank you to all the parents who trusted me juggling racing and coaching with @turn13performance this weekend. Our collaboration is instrumental to keeping me on track.

Thank you’s go out to @cognaccadillac for believing in me as always and continuing to put this project on the map, this weekend was extremely successful for the team. @pipercrawford6 for being the best in the whole world, helping out cheering me on and saying the right things when needed. My parents for making the hike to support and help out again, you guys rock. @s_y_n_racing for the strong power, and @phoenixracingteam for making memories to last a lifetime.

Eyes forward and ever focused for the next one.
