How do you spell yummy? I’d say Pho Ngoc Yen 2.
Their beef bone pho gets a lot of hype, but honestly, the whole menu deserves some love!

Crispy Tofu with Sweet & Sour Soya Sauce
Crispy on the outside, coated in that sweet-and-sour sauce. Such a good addition to the table!

B11. Bún Thịt Nướng Chọn Bánh Tráng (Pork Platter)
This one is a favourite of mine, and the new special made it even better! Mixing everything into a fresh roll adds such a lovely textural contrast. They’re also SO generous with the fresh herbs, and that fish sauce? Absolute perfection.

If you get the chance to go, RUN, DON’T WALK! And don’t feel like you have to stick to the pho—the rest of the menu is just as worth exploring.

Saturday we went out for dinner to @phongocyen (on our way to @cfsherway for the @nightsoflightsto

Dinner was amazing….
Red Thai Ice Tea
Vietnamese Pork and Shrimp Fried Spring Rolls
Bún: Vermicelli with BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken and Spring Rolls
Shrimp and Chicken Pad Thai
BBQ chicken with fried sticky coconut rice
Short Rib Pho: Short rib pho features tender short ribs with flat rice noodles in a rich beef broth, typically garnished with onions, cilantro, and bean sprouts

We had lots of fun at a perfect fall night event. Loads of pumpkins, a themed walk-through area, lots of photo ops, and of course, a spooky jump-scare, creepy maze. (including the random bloody guy with a chainsaw).
