The best breakfast in London

Well it is according to @phoodndrinx

This is @ruacoffeebar , and their incredible breakfast burrito🙂‍↕️I went for the beef that had : Adobo Marinated Shredded beef, tater tots, lime, Coriander, Onions, Jalapeños and a lotta cheese - it was a textural masterpiece I can’t lie 🥹

I think I found every ice cream lover’s dream day… 🤍

If you know me, you’ll know I never say no to ice cream, so spending the day with the Snugburys family in Cheshire was an immediate yes.

From making my own maple pecan ice cream, to going behind the scenes to see how their award-winning ice cream is made, enjoying the most gorgeous home-cooked lunch and tasting more flavours than I could count… this really was my kind of day.

The crème brûlée completely surprised me, and I still can’t stop thinking about the olive oil soft serve with sea salt. I know it sounds unusual, but trust me… it just works.

What made the day even more special was the family behind it all. They made us feel so welcome and you could really see how much love goes into everything they do.

If you’re ever looking for a countryside day out with some seriously good ice cream, Snugburys is definitely worth a visit. Their farm is open throughout the summer, with over 50 flavours to choose from and honestly… I already want to go back.

We still can’t quite believe this happened. ❤️

A year ago, built our MAKHANZA with a dream—to build a little corner of India through food.

It hasn’t been easy. There were sleepless nights, financial struggles, moments of doubt, and even a point where we believed we’d have to close Makhanza and return home.

Then, when we needed hope the most, Tod walked through our doors.

He didn’t just come for a meal. He listened to our story, treated us with so much kindness and respect, and reminded us why we started this journey in the first place.

Thank you, Tod, for believing in a small family business. We’ll never forget your support. ❤️

And to everyone discovering Makhanza because of this video—thank you. Every visit, every share, every recommendation genuinely helps a small independent restaurant like ours.
