Haven’t deadlifted over 500 in over a year. No program. No diet. No science. No belt. Just rage and straps.

This one is for my brothers @doitfordavi and @phw_gorilla

One day remains before my big show, and I’m on my way to @usaspraytan for a spray tan session. This journey has been a true test, and I appreciate the kindness, love, and assistance I’ve received from those who’ve helped me along the way to become king 👑. #gawdbodyrah #bodybuilding #bta #tilldadeath

Two legendary figures united, achieved victory, and then returned home, uniting the entire city in the process. Chicago stands strong, unified, and resilient. We will overcome every obstacle that comes our way #tilldadeath #BTA #getwild #GawdBody
