Always a special time when I get go home to Phylis Guy Dance Center. Even better when Merceman is able to tag along. After all, this IS where he took his first ballet class from dad when he was 7. Summer choreography and intensive travel for 2026 is in the books and I am thankful for another year of being able to share my love for dance with the kids. Lucky is an understatement. #dance

Somebody To Love ♥️✨

Here she is y’all! Honestly I think for this I’m mostly just going to let this dance speak for itself. I do want everyone to know the journey that this past season has taken me on was one I hold so close to my heart! Not knowing if you’re going to be able to dance the same way ever again because of an accident is scary- but not taking risks and not showing your passion and not showing your love is even scarier.
Remember that you are capable of being loved by others and that being authentically yourself is what matters to the ones that matter!

dupree dance nationals 2026 💌

I want to start this off by saying I am so fueled by the immense amount of joy, gratitude, inspiration, and kindness this nationals left me with.
My hope is that I made half the impression on the wonderfully created people that I got to working with, take class with, and learn from.

Thank you to @alex.ware20 for such an incredible opening number experience. You created such a safe and engaging environment. I said it before and i’ll say it again, I’m so happy that I got to be a small part in your journey! I want you to know I had so much fun bringing your vision to life. Another huge thank you goes out to @keiragestel @averyclapp_ @skylar__peterson for being another huge reason why this experience was so smooth and fun! Thank you guys for being such great mentors, and people to look up to🫶🏻

And to my friends I made along the way of my opening number experience, I adore you all! I’m so happy our paths crossed when they did. Miss y’all!

My next thank you goes out to ALL of the faculty! You guys are the main reason my week was so amazing. Each of you made an impact on me and I feel so excited about continuing to grow! Thank you guys for your wisdom, grace, and energy. The amount of love poured into this organization really really shows. I’m so grateful and lucky that I get to be a small part of representation after being named a title holder!
A special thank you to @meggywaystins for my judges award for honesty and vulnerability- honestly, thank you so much for understanding me :)

@kdanceanderson and Mr. Zack you have created such a special and magical organization. I’m so excited to be able to see Dupree in more than one city! Thank you for everything 🫶🏻

To my PGDC family, Thank you guys for all your love and support this week. Thank you to my dance moms and teachers for stepping in a taking care of me- getting all my pictures!! It really does take a village. special thank you goes to @sara_lucie_ and Ms. Jamie, really don’t think I would’ve made it through the week without y’all, thank you for being there for me! Love all of you guys🩷

Finished my second to last dance recital ever🥹also my last time dancing with my favorite seniors was last night…Olivia,Zoey, and Bella have been my fav people to dance with since I started dancing at PGDC and wouldn’t want to dance with anyone else! 15th year of dancing was this year and can’t wait for my last year dancing…PGDC has taught me that dance is more than just art it’s where family and friends come together to express themselves and make new memories! I love PGDC💗🎀🥹

so proud to say i dance at pgdc!! this studio is more than a dance studio. pgdc is a family!! mrs. phyllis has been an outstanding role model for us as dancers and growing young adults. mr. keith was right when he said if everyone carried a piece of her in their heart, the world would be a better place. thank you for demonstrating kindness towards my family and i. thank you for giving me a place to do what i love. thank you for giving me this dance family for the past 15 years. @phyllisguydance ❤️

First recital watching from the audience instead of the wings, and I couldn’t be more proud of my little sister.

She has worked so hard for this moment, and she looked absolutely beautiful on that stage. It’s been so fun getting to watch her do what she loves.

I have no idea where to begin! Dance has been a part of life since I was 3. Saying goodbye to it is one of the hardest things I've ever done, but I'm so excited for new things to come! Thank you @phyllisguydance for the greatest 15 years a girl could ask for! ❤️🖤
