Rooted in the South, reaching for the world. 🌍✨

They told us the South had something to say and the Black Southern Women’s Collaborative is making sure the world hears it. From the front porches to organizing in the streets, we are the architects of change, the keepers of culture, and the drivers of progress.

This #InternationalWomensDay, we celebrate the magic, the resilience, and the brilliance of our sisterhood and leadership. We honor the shoulders we stand on while keeping our feet firmly planted in the red clay that raised us, blazing a path for every girl watching from a Southern zip code.

Happy International Women’s Day!

I left Dallas and went straight to Baltimore to speak at @netrootsnation. It’s always great having these bold conversations with my co-conspirators! #NN24
