Today we celebrated my beautiful niece Sky Sky’s Heavenly Birthday. 🩵

There were smiles, laughter, hugs, and of course, tears. We shared stories, remembered her beautiful life, and felt her love in so many little moments. Even though we miss her every single day, there’s comfort in knowing she’s at peace.

Happy Heavenly Birthday, Sky Sky. You’ll always be loved, always remembered, and forever a part of our family. Until we meet again. 🩵🦋

Transparency, That Naked Feeling Brought On By Letting Go Of Everything So That Others Could See Me. Truth Moment… That Has Always Been Hard For Me.

I’ve Always Loved Myself But I Struggled With How I Could Share Myself With The World; My True Authentic Self. While Listening To a Podcast I Heard Something That Was So Simple But So Meaningful. She Said, “You May Have Self Love But You Lack Self Worth”. It Was At That Moment I Felt a Shift. It Was The Answer To Many Of My Thoughts. Why I Doubt Myself At Times, Why I Find It So Hard To Accept Compliments, Why I Feel Weird Hyping Myself Up When I Know I Did a Great Job. I Just Knew Something Had To Change And It Started With This Speech. Even In That Moment Of Delivery I struggled. I Was Wrestling With The Fact That I Thought Every Word I Was Saying Sucked. But When I Look Back, I Was The Only One Speaking Defeat Over Myself. As I Write This Post I Am Again Reminded Of The Strength That I Carry.

Life Isn’t Always Going To Be Bright And Colourful But As Long As You Don’t Lose Yourself In The Process You Will Make It Out Alright.

I Need Everyone Who Reads This Post To Know That You Matter & The World Needs You (Your Authentic You) Even If It Doesn’t Feel Like It. So Stand Tall And Be Proud Of Who You Are And Where You Know You’re Going Even If It Takes Everything You Got.

Happy Birthday to our daughter, Kennedy Aaria Grace!! It was a super busy weekend planning her birthday dance party w/all her friends. She is bright, smart and remembers A LOT. OUR PANDEMIC BABY TURNS 1!!!

Such an awesome feeling look over all the film footage I have of her and seeing her now. I didn’t get any films of her walking but a few weeks ago our baby girl took her first steps and haven’t looked back since. She is fun, sociable and determined.
