💥 Comeback for Pro Athletes 💥

#comebackstronger
▪️
Schön, dass du da warst @tsoumou_juvhel @areha.de, geh weiter deinen Weg & schiess noch viele Tore ⚽️! Bis bald 😉💪🏽

Do you have special #idols, #teacher or #coaches ? ✍️👨🏽‍💻🏆
▪️
Only a few weeks and 2020 is over. Time to have a little view back in the past and be thankful for all the people who influenced (the old version of influencer😉) me on my way.
▪️
I just found these pictures from 2014 and 2016, which are representative for so many more experiences, people’s and ways I made or met. It’s already a couple of years ago but there are still emotional connections to them and many more steps and hands.
▪️
In 2014 I was presenting on stage in front of hundreds of coaches and therapists @perform_better_europe FT-SUMMIT together with people like #markverstegen @exoseducation and @robert.schleip and two years later we published our book #faszienkrafttraining with @riva_verlag !
▪️
And there are more open ways and I’m looking forward to learn more of many awesome people around the field of health !
▪️
Thank you guys, thanks to everyone who was part in my private and business life so far - whether good or bad experiences - you formed me 🙌🏽😉

One of the most important things to me in life is to learn continuously. Never stop learning, always be open minded for knowledge exchange, for spreading energy because it‘ll come back to you.
.
One of the principles we have in our @fasciaresearchsociety and this is inspiring actually all the people around and me personally 💯. It’s the passion to find more results, more knowledge and more connected talks of science and the practical world out there. I’m very happy to be a part of this group which has both views and helps out - even if it’s only a small part - to develop a better therapy and training system, a higher quality industry. #qualitynotquantity #nohypejustresults .
Thanks to all who joined this weekend. Lets moving forward and check out the next steps 👏 #TYMGYM #sportsphysio #fasciaresearch #sciencefacts #shareandcare #newprojectsontheway #connectivetissue #connectivepeople
