Built over the years.

Over the years the gym has taught me more than just how to build a stronger body. It’s where I slowly developed my discipline, found my consistency and learned that real progress takes time.

There were days when I had no motivation, days when progress felt slow but I kept showing up. Looking back I realise how much those years have shaped the person I am today.

Now I’m trying to take that same mindset beyond the gym. The patience, discipline and determination I’ve built over the years are what I want to use to create a better future for myself and the people I love.

Still learning, still growing and still a long way to go.
Elhamdülillah for the journey so far.

Consistency.

The gym has always been more than just building a body.
It’s where I learn to stay consistent, push through discomfort and keep promises to myself.

Still building. In every way.
