1:00:25, 1st age group, 8th overall My first Hyrox and a race that definitely humbled me. I went in without doing a single station workout, thinking my Ironman training would be enough. It wasn’t. I was pushed to limits I didn’t know existed, and having @adhamhhany leading the race was exactly what I needed, what a beast. That’s what I love about endurance sports. You think you’re unstoppable, then a new challenge comes along and shows you there’s always more to learn. Proud to take the W in our first race and even more hungry to do it again. I’ll be back on that start line sooner than you think👀 Thank you @hyroxgrc , see you soon @hyroxme 😤 الحمد لله

BECOMING 226 | EPISODE 3: INTO THE UNKNOWN This episode goes a little deeper into the mindset behind the training, the mentality I’m trying to build, how I deal with the hard days, and what keeps me going when things get uncomfortable. A big brick session, straight from the bike into a run, followed by a visit to @recoverylabeg and a lot of mental preparation for what’s ahead. Somewhere in the middle of this block, I also made the decision to race my first Hyrox in Athens along with @adhamhhany . I went into race week without completing a single station workout, but I wanted to put myself in a completely different environment and see what I could do. Walking away with a podium in my first Hyrox was something I definitely didn’t expect, and an experience I’ll take a lot from. I’ll talk more about the race and how it all went in the next post. For now, the focus is back on for IM70.3 Egypt. With just over a month until @ironmanegyptofficial , the training is starting to feel different. The sessions are getting harder, the fatigue is building, and I’m having to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. October 16th. Just over a month to go and im so fucking hungry😤 Watch the full episode through the link in bio. 📸 @xceed.eg Shot with @sonyalphaeg on Sony FX3 Lenses: Sony FE 24–70mm F2.8 GM II, Sony FE 70–200mm F2.8 GM II, 16-35 GM II #becoming226

Unplanned race added to the calendar.. I’m racing HYROX Doubles with @adhamhhany in Athens next Sunday, so it was time to drop in at @recoverylabeg for a pre-race full recovery session. Recovery has become an essential part of my routine before any race or big training week, especially when I’m about to push my body to its limits. Episode 3 takes you through a big brick session on the bike, straight into a run off the bike, and how I recover and reset before race week. Out next Tuesday, September 8th. 6 days out🇬🇷😤 📸 @xceed.eg Shot with @sonyalphaeg on Sony FX3 Lenses: Sony FE 24–70mm F2.8 GM II, Sony FE 70–200mm F2.8 GM II, 16-35 GM II

Training challenges you before it changes you. Phyxing keeps you in the game. It starts with an assessment how you move, what’s holding you back, what needs work. Then we build you back stronger. Recovery. Movement. Testing. Same standard, on and off the floor.
