“We cannot always build the future for our youth, but we can build our youth for the future.” — Franklin D. Roosevelt

On June 18, 2026, the brothers of Beta Beta joined Pi Zeta & Xi Theta to visit “Hope Ignites” school and speak to the youth about Omega Psi Phi. Not only did they speak, but they displayed true enthusiasm by showcasing a few marches/hops. These men also provided information about the NPHC, different universities, benefits of college, and how to resolve common life challenges. We would love to send a thank you to the students, staff, and fellow NPHC members who have allowed us to share more about ourselves and who we are. Brothers, continue to build tomorrow’s future, today!

Last week Bro. Turpin and Bro. Grafton ‘25 along side Bro. Williams ‘25 (@pi_zetaques) and Bro. Myers ‘18 (@cincyques) had the opportunity to visit the Intergenerational School in Cleveland and spend time speaking with the kids about accountability, discipline, perseverance, and what it means to navigate life as a Black man in today’s world. They talked about making the right decisions, staying focused on your goals, overcoming adversity, and understanding that your environment does not have to determine your future.

Being able to pour into the next generation and share real experiences was bigger than just a conversation. It was about giving guidance, motivation, and hope. A lot of these kids just need somebody to believe in them, encourage them, and remind them that they are capable of greatness.

✨ Honoring the Legacy of Devin C.G. Moore ✨

Devin C.G. Moore was more than a name — he was purpose in motion. A proud scholar, leader, mentor, and friend, Devin was a senior Broadcast Journalism student at Kent State University whose light impacted everyone around him.

He served with distinction as Basileus of the Psi Gamma Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., was recognized as the 4th District Undergraduate Omega Man of the Year, and was known for his excellence, leadership, and commitment to uplifting others.

Though his time here was far too short, Devin’s impact continues to grow.

Today, the Devin C.G. Moore Heart Foundation carries forward his vision by investing in heart health awareness, education, opportunity, mentorship, and empowering the next generation to live with purpose and passion.

When we support this foundation, we support legacy.
When we give, we help turn pain into purpose.
When we honor Devin, we help his light keep shining.

Join us in celebrating a life that still inspires.

HISTORY was made for Beta Beta this past weekend at the 85th 4th District meeting in Canton, OH. These brothers have won this year’s Kevin Cherry March down while teaming up with @pi_zetaques . This was the first victory in chapter history for both chapters and they will be the first brothers from their chapters to go march at the 2026 Conclave in July! Bro. Woods was recognized for his academic achievement! Bro. Brandon was the recipient of this year’s “Perseverance” scholarship as well! Bro. Rollins and Bro. Sellers were seen mentoring their younger chapter brothers (Beta Beta) and leading by example. Bro. Freeman & Bro. Braxton also made huge impacts this districts as well! Thanks to Xi Chi for the continued support as well as seen by Bro. Winston and many more! The brothers had a busy weekend as they brought home hardware and left with skills to be a better leader back on the campus of Akron.
