Summer of ‘26.

Wauw wauw wauw.
You have been beautiful, radiant, abundant, fast, slow, intense and surprising in so many ways 🌞.

While still digesting the last couple of weeks, slowly getting ready for fall 🍁🍄

A sound bath is more than just music being randomly played... Whether it's a 1:1 or group session, it's a journey created with intention that restores physiological balance and regulates the nervous system. Every instrument I use has a specific purpose 🧚🏻‍♀️ Here you can see the Samafon from @vibroacustica which I like to play at the end of the session to bring a sense of lightness and ethereal vibes ✨

Twee weken geleden zaten we middenin onze eerste Retreat - Remembrance.

Special thanks to @alixcarolinevl voor het prachtige beeldmateriaal.

We would like to invite you to an informal evening and way to reconnect with yourself while also bringing life to new friendships in this intimate circle. The event starts at 16:00 and will end around 19:00.

We’ll play with sound through:
〰 gentle toning with crystal bowls
〰 group singing
〰 from medicine songs to familiar melodies

We experienced the power of our expression ourselves through our shared moments of singing to get more comfortable with our own voices.

Now we want to share this by creating a safe space for you to experience this.

You don’t need to “know how to sing”.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to be confident.
Just bring your voice exactly as it is.

As always, we’ll take some time to land and get to know each other before exploring our voice as a way of (re)connecting with ourselves and each other.

All you need is yourself in your cosiest outfit, your curiosity and we’ll provide everything else. (Snacks & tea included!)

There are limited spots available to keep it intimate. DM to reserve your spot.

Don’t hesitate to send us a message with your questions!

With love,

Sylvie & Pia

I haven’t posted much lately as the early winter always asks quite a lot of me, energy wise. I’ve needed some time to settle into the season but I’m slowly finding my rhythm again, catching up on sharing the pieces that came to life during the summer & early autumn.

Crochet slipped into the background for a while as other priorities took over, but it feels like I’m slowly returning to the coziness and warmth it brings me to make new pieces by hand. 🍂🍁

.. see you soon xo
