How to flick any ball!!

You can flick way more balls than you think.
I’m teaching my 5.0 friend Evan how to adjust his technique to flick balls at ANY height and actually start using it in real points.

We break down the 3 main changes you need to make:
1️⃣ Hit less of the ball — especially as the ball gets lower.
2️⃣ Get the paddle tip down — so you can attack from below the ball.
3️⃣ Adjust your preparation height — prep at the same height or
lower than the ball depending on where you’re making contact.

Let’s learn. 🏓

Huge thank you to my sponsors for making this possible 🙏

🏟️ Planet Pickle (Use code Parth15 for 15$ of your first membership)
One of the best pickleball facilities in Georgia. If you’re in Atlanta, Cumming, Johns Creek, or Alpharetta, you have to check it out. Top-tier courts and an unreal environment.

🏓 Paddlemania (Use code Parth10)

🥒 Warping Point
Absolutely loving these paddles — insane spin, serious power, and some of the best dwell time I’ve ever felt. If you’re looking to level up, Warping Point delivers.

Want to flick like the pros? ⬇️⬇️

I’m teaching my 5.0 friend Evan everything he needs to know about the backhand flick — wrist, elbow, arm mechanics, and the technique behind generating a dangerous attack. 🏓💨

Master the mechanics first. Then learn how to use it in a match.

Life is beautiful.

I challenge you to go enjoy nature, create a new connection, smile at a stranger, slow down your breathing, sit in the sun, take a walk, workout, play a sport, be active, eat healthy, take care of your mind, read a book, study, research, DO ANYTHING in that moment that makes you happy and gives you peace. But don’t sit STILL.

We live our lives on autopilot so often, wound up in a world our mind has created, but if you just slow down for a second and pay attention ~ only then will you be able to truly see how beautiful life can be. Through the challenges, the victories, the losses, the pain, the heartache, the suffering, the joy, the laughs ~ learn to find the beauty in everything. You only get one chance at life. This moment right now is already gone, time forever slipping from our hands. Whatever you dream of, why not run full speed at it and never slow down? Maybe I’m crazy, but for the first time in my life I’m truly happy with who I am becoming. I’m running full speed to become the man and the person I always dreamed of, and I have no intention of slowing down or letting anything stop me. Not everyone will support you in everything you do, but you have to believe in yourself.

It’s not about doing difficult things, it’s about staying consistent. That IS what’s difficult. Studies show that committing 15-20 minutes a day every day to a single focused habit can drastically change your life for the better over the course of a year. That’s NOTHING. 20 minutes investment into yourself for an insane ROI.

Intro post, tournament announcements, pickleball content, army posts, and more coming soon. Been working on these for a while.

Stay tuned.

Aggressive vs. defensive dinking

One player is applying pressure with aggressive topspin dinks while the other works on defending with slice, holding the kitchen line, and taking balls out of the air whenever possible.

A simple drill that works both sides of the point—creating pressure and learning how to handle it.

Beautiful private court at @pickleballdropshop where you can try a variety of demo paddles and rent out the court for your own private games and coaching sessions!

Fix your FH Counter 🎾

If you’re having trouble with your forehand counter, try this hack — set up at a fence and use it to control your backswing. Having a short backswing is the best way to time your forehand counter and make it instantly better.

Remember: keep it short and compact!! 💥
