Big Efa, Next Sunday the 27th Round 2 “FIGHT”

I heard you’ve been in Brixton McDonald’s eating Happy Meals 😂 It’s been seven weeks. I told you you needed ten.

Got a couple announcements coming this week too a big venue for the final if it makes sense we might have to open the doors and see who else thinks they’re strong enough to step in 👀

Hit my deadlift early this week to get those extra two days recovery. Bring your A-game, bro. Your time’s running out.

My diet finishes on the 29th, so I’ll be eating too… just no Happy Meals for me 😂

7 week till @thehybridgames.uk

8 week till @athx_games

Started the week of real strong bench and deadlifts moving very smooth, went into overhead press feeling confident of the back of last week, soon realised no working sets were moving good.
Realised the following day it was cause I was coming down with a bug. Missed the squats and run due to being on my arse🫠

Not how we wanted it to plan out but got to listen to your body, ready to go again next week🙌🏻

Few videos from the Comp @wakefieldcrossfit yesterday. Great experience for me looking forward to another one 💪 It was a pleasure to team up with my cousin and fellow gym head @pickup__power .

2nd place finish and a massive 170kg deadlift x3 reps which i was really happy with!
Side note: overhead lunges are disgusting and I refuse to ever do them again… unless they’re at another comp 😂

Only took part to justify the huge Chinese order after🤣
