Summer at a North Devon & Exmoor Farm Holiday is all about long days, fresh air and making the most of the balmy evenings ☀️🌿

From family days on the beach and exploring the countryside to meeting the animals and enjoying peaceful evenings back at the farm, there’s something special about this time of year.

But as summer slowly begins to fade (we're not wishing it away we promise) but we are looking forward to all that autumn has to offer… 🍂✨

Vibrant colours across the countryside, crisp walks, cosy evenings and of course, those incredible starry skies 🌌

The Exmoor Dark Skies Festival is one of the highlights of the season, giving visitors even more reasons to look up and enjoy the magic of our beautiful night skies.

Summer, autumn and every season in between… there’s always something to look forward to here in North Devon and Exmoor 💚

🌾 A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us at the @northdevonshow 💙
What a fantastic day we had meeting so many lovely families and taking part in the Educational Trail.
It was wonderful to chat to so many children about where our everyday food comes from, exploring produce such as wheat, oats, milk and apples, and how these all link back to the fascinating Victorian Dairy, Kitchen and Farm Museum at Watermouth Castle.
A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, completed the trail and collected their stamp – we hope to see lots of you at Watermouth Castle very soon!
A special thank you to @pickwellbartonholidays for kindly supplying the wheat and oats for our display. It really helped bring the activity to life for all the children taking part. 🌾
And of course, a big thank you to the North Devon Show for having us. We loved being part of such a brilliant community event and are already looking forward to next year!
