Following the success of our first Masterclass, we’ve decided to host another one for those of you who missed out the first time!
This time, we’re giving you more flexibility with both full-day and half-day tickets available.

Whether you prefer to sit back, watch and learn, or you’re someone who learns best by getting hands-on and putting the skills into practice, we’ve got you covered!

Spaces will be limited to keep the Masterclass special, personal and intimate for everyone attending.

📍 Picky Bits – Ewell, Surrey
If you haven’t discovered Picky Bits in Ewell yet, this is your sign! 🥪✨
While they’re predominantly a catering company, they open their doors for a few days each month for a special Pop-Up, where you can enjoy or takeaway a selection of incredible sandwiches and sweet treats. 22nd - 25th of July! So get there or pre-order quick! The menu changes monthly, so there’s always something new and exciting. We ordered:
🥪 Honey Mustard Chicken Mayo – Shredded chicken in honey mustard mayo with smoky bacon, spring onion and salad on Plough Bakery bread.
🥪 The Mouthy Amalfi – Lockdown Bakehouse focaccia filled with mozzarella, ricotta, salami, prosciutto cotto, roasted peppers, tomato, rocket and sun-dried tomato pesto.
🥪 Tangy Tuna Crunch – Tuna mixed with mayo, English mustard, jalapeños, gherkins and crispy onions on Plough Bakery bread.
We shared all sandwiches between the three of us, and every single one was outstanding. What really impressed me was that we all ended up with a different favourite. That’s so rare! Usually there’s one clear winner, but each sandwich had its own unique flavour combination that appealed to different tastes. Every filling was incredibly generous, packed with flavour, and the combinations worked so well together.
The quality of the bread really stood out too, along with their homemade focaccia. They source their bread and focaccia from local bakeries, and you can absolutely taste the difference.
🍪 We couldn’t leave without trying the sweet treats. The Kinder Bar Cookie was unbelievably soft, gooey and delicious—I genuinely wish I’d bought a few more! The Triple Chocolate Brownie was rich, indulgent and the perfect way to finish the meal.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.
Picky Bits are taking a well-deserved break throughout August, so keep an eye out for details of their next pop-up to see what delicious creations they come up with next. And if you’re looking for catering for a party or special event, they’re definitely a business I’d have in mind after tasting the quality of their food.

The Peak District reel! What a group of women! So many came solo and made friends for life. Can not wait for the next weekender already… 👀💘🫶🏼✨

This weekend we hosted our first ever GWHC weekend hiking retreat in the Peak District… and it was AMAZING. 🥾⛰️✨

From a private sauna and ice bath with @peaksaunas, a beautiful burning ceremony, marshmallows around the fire, a big day out on the trails, delicious group meals, and finishing it all with a sunrise hike at Mam Tor - it was everything I hoped it would be and more.

I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better group of women. The vibes were immaculate from start to finish, and it was so lovely to meet so many new faces, share stories, laugh together, and create memories I’ll never forget.

Feeling so grateful for everyone who came and made this first retreat so special.

Onto the next one. 🫶🏼✨

Your journey doesn't have to look like anyone else's.

THE SUMMER SOLSTICE IS UPON US ☀️☀️☀️

This Sunday 21st June we join @popola_sober_club again for a beautiful day or ritual and rest. Calling in the summer solstice grounded with community, and pouring into our pot so it overflows with connection, love and joy!

We’re having co facilitators @ezeesounds hosting a special session that immerses you in the shape of a sound bath you’ve never experienced before.

Alongside poetry and story telling circles. And another workshop learning bullerengue songs and dances from @lilophilia
