I got a chance to walk the Swedish Hospital expansion project underway in downtown Seattle. A massive project with intense mechanical system requirements as seen in these pics. On the roof, an expanse of air cooled chillers feeding a massive air handler. Inside, expertly fabricated and installed air and water systems to support state of the art health care. Humbled and proud to be part of a company that can execute this scale of project. #MacDonald-Miller

The faces change each year, but the celebration of love stays the same every Labor Day weekend.

This trip is all about our chosen fishing family: a crew bonded by dry flies, bamboo rods, wild native cutthroat, and belly laughs that double as ab workouts. Days were spent chasing trout, nights were reserved for fireside giggles, delicious eats, and stargazing from the bridge.

Five years of wedding weekend magic, and honestly? This might’ve been the best one yet! ❤️

As winter is coming to an end and we’re transitioning into spring I’m glad to leave the past 3 months in the rear view. I was fortunate to get a few moments with 2 good friends on a special steelhead stream this week. I’ve been reminded recently of how quickly life can come to an abrupt end, loved ones lost in a blink of an eye. Call your mom, go fishing with that friend you haven’t seen lately, hug your neighbor, tell your wife you love her, go fishing. #livelifetothefullest #hugyourlovedones
