With all the things to accomplish in my life… it is still the wind in my hair, the grass under my feet, the air in my lungs, the unexpected laughter from a serious moment, the people I adore and the utter curiosity of it all… that remind me life is in the NOW.

Tour snaps! Who’d you recognize? Tag ‘em in the comments!

Damn these are brining me back! Hard to believe it’s only been a week since I got home. Feels like an instant and an eternity. I already can’t wait to get back out there and connect with all these fine folks again. Thanks again to everyone that shared a stage, meal, and place to rest my head. Connecting with folks and building community is what keeps me going. Thanks to everyone here that follows along and supports my journey - near and far - I couldn’t do it without you.

Lots more coming up this summer - digging into sharing stories, and process - if that’s what you’re into stay tuned!

Colorado part 1: The Great Sand Dunes National Park

We first went in the evening to catch the Perseid meteor shower and thankfully the clouds held off… the sky didn’t disappoint and the dunes at night were very cool to experience! (Bring a blanket!)

The next day we rented boards and went back for some sand sledding - so fun but climbing back up those dunes is no joke!

Tips: 🐾 This is a very dog friendly park and pups can go up into the dunes but the sand gets very hot! If your pup doesn’t do booties definitely get there early or at sunset to protect those puppy paws. We were leaving at around 10am and it was already close to being too hot.
🦶 For people: walking barefoot on the sand is easiest but bring a pair of white socks to wear for when the sand heats up - it made a huge difference!
