LUNCH BREAK: an unpaid time period in the middle of a workday when employees stop working to eat, recharge, and leave all duties; i.e. an escape for adulting for me!

My lunch breaks are a non-negotiable for me now. About 6 years ago id do a working lunch and not break. But now, I make time and space to take a full break of just recharging!

I wish more people understood the importance of giving yourself space to break, eat and recharge! You all will get tired of me but imma post more lunch break content to encourage others to take time for themselves!

During these beautiful days with good temperature you will catch me outside enjoying nature with a good book and smooth listens!

🎶: I Love My 90s R&B on @spotify
📍: My patio

If i tagged you, I challenge you to share what you did during your lunch break this week! No post by EOD Friday and you owe me a book 🤣🤣🤣🤣! When you post challenge someone else!

@piefaceerin told me she was ready to be a “Shea Butter Baby”. My reaction 😱...as I immediately reached for my shears ✂️. Big Chop to start the new year off right. Doesn’t she look so cute? 😍😍
