Girls… we out.

I graduated! It still doesn’t feel real but it don’t matter cuz it’s OVAHHHH!!! I am not great with sharing or taking pics, but here’s a smattering of what my years in college has had to offer. I couldn’t have done it without all the amazing people I met along the way, I’ll miss getting to see all of you guys every day 😭

Above all else, thank you to all of the wonderful professors I had across the years, thank you to SUAG and the cast of Rocky Horror for helping me come out of my shell and really feel confident in the performance and product I put out into the world, and again to all the people who helped build me up into who I am here and now.

I may not be super certain about the future, but I do know that I wouldn’t be half as secure with myself if it weren’t for everything I did in college.

Having the opportunity to spin under my dream Independent team has been the highlight of my entire life, it has truly been a dream come true. The memories made and the laughs shared will forever be with me. I love every single one of you and thank you for helping me grow as a performer and as a person, I can’t stress it enough Old Line changed my life, and for the better 💛🖤

“On The Line 🌻🌅🌾”

“WGI sport of the arts is proud to present, Old Line Independent” are words that I never thought that I would be able to hear. Being on Old Line has been one of my biggest dreams come true. I am more than proud to be a part of Old Line History, making 2x regional champions, and go to Dayton for the first time, and make Independent A World Finalists, and doing all of that with the people that I love and share the same passion for the sport was the cherry on top for my entire life. Old line has truly changed my life.

To my team mates, thank you for the most amazing first season, for the memories the laughs and the over all joy that was shared among us all, you guys mean the absolute world to me and i couldn’t ask for a better team, I love you all 💛

To the Staff, thank you for pushing me to become the best version of me on the floor and off, thank you for believing in who I am and giving me the opportunity to spin under Old Line Independent 💛

This season has changed my life, I can’t stress that enough. I am so sad that this season has come to a close and I am more than excited for next year 💛

“I am a Lineman for the county”🌅

Having the privilege to lead this team has been one of the greatest honors of my life. When I first joined this time I was a quiet 18 year old who didn’t talk to anyone and over the last 3 years i’ve found my voice and myself through this organization. Being able to say I led my team to 2 WGI regional wins and all the way to IA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS is something I could only dream of and is now something I can confidently say I accomplished. I’ve checked off so many goals on my color guard bucket list in 4 short days. I broke 90 with my team, I performed in the University of dayton arena, I finally got a multi-cam of my show. So many goals completed and I couldn’t have done it without the beautiful souls I got to perform alongside the past 6 months❤️.

To my team and my friends, thank you for trusting and allowing me to lead you. Thank you for fighting and putting in the work this season. Thank you all for accepting me and giving me a place to be myself. All 21 of you changed my brain chemistry forever and I truly won’t be the same after meeting you all.

To my staff thank you for guiding me and giving me the support I need. Thank you for trusting me with this team and thank you for giving me a foundation that made me into the performer I am today. This show was magical thank you letting me be such a big part of it.

I’m going to miss running off into the sunset with you all. Thank you for everything and I can’t wait to see where this program goes. 🌻 (ps sorry I could tag all@of you ❤️$

The inevitable post that I’ve been putting off (one of many). It is incredibly hard for me to sum up this season because so much has happed and so many good things have come from it. I truly cannot tell you all how grateful I am to have met every single one of you. You guys made it worth sacrificing my weekends (and sleep) to be a part of something amazing. You all have shown me that I belong somewhere and that family isn’t just blood. I am so grateful this is my introduction to OldLine and I cannot wait to see what adventures we will have next. I love every single one of you and I will be eternally grateful for our friendships.

I need you more than want you…

Trying to put this season into words has been nothing short of a challenge. I have never been a part of something this unique and life changing. This season has been so special on and off the floor. For the first time in OLICG history, we became 2x wgi regional champions and wgi world championship finalist! With all this successful, I still find the people the most rewarding part of this season. We just click like the many pieces of a puzzle. I have made so many relationships and strengthens older ones. I genuinely think this whole team will be in my life forever.

To my staff, thank you for believing in me, even when I can’t. I don’t know where I would be without your guidance and support.

To my teammates, thank you for changing my life. I don’t know where I would be without you or what I’m going to do without all of your beautiful faces.

And to Old Line Preforming Arts, thank you for giving me a home these past three seasons. I cannot be grateful enough for everything you’ve provided me.

I love you all and this isn’t the end, it’s just a pause.

I feel like I blinked and the season was over, 6 months together on that floor, putting together a show I truly will never forget. I’m so thankful for this team and everything we’ve accomplished, 2x WGI regional champions, IA FINALISTS, and we made old line history by breaking 90 in semis. I am so incredibly proud of us, WE DID THAT.

This season almost ended early for me due to an injury, I was so scared I’d never make it through those few weeks. I truly believe the support from everyone around me helped me push through, not get lost in my head, and recover properly. I’m so grateful for all of you, you all are the reason I was able to keep my head up.

I don’t think I could have asked for a better team to experience Dayton with for the first time. I love everyone so so much, and whether you plan on coming back or life is taking you elsewhere please keep in touch. I don’t know what next season looks like for me yet, but you all are amazing people and I’m so happy to call you all family 💛🖤🌻

To the staff,
Thank you for believing in us, you pushed us hard but to a place where we could reach. Thank you for the encouragement during the long rehearsals, keeping our energy up, and just knowing we could do it even when we didn’t think we could. This is my first season where I’ve truly grown so close to my staff and I’m thankful for each and every one of you for the support you’ve given us this season 💛
