Summer is the perfect time to build skills that will actually make the season easier.

We kicked off our first Student Athlete Cooking Class with two athlete-friendly meals:
🌶️ Cajun Chicken Pasta
🥩 Korean Beef Bowls

The goal isn’t to create gourmet chefs. It’s to help our student-athletes build confidence in the kitchen, meal prep for busy weeks, and fuel their bodies with meals they can actually make on their own.

These are the kinds of habits that support performance long after summer ends.

Episode 1 is here…and we’re just getting started.

Follow to see what we make next!
